Was looking at containrrr/watchtower:latest in my #docker and realized the last updated was 2 years ago. Looks like the developer abandoned the project when he didn't get help to fix all the issues/bugs reported... My raspberry pi 5 is the most unreliable machine I own. It goes offline / dead randomly after months of uptime. I literally use it for nothing more than an IRC shell. I always keep it updated and reboot when needed (kernel update). But so many times I try to ssh in and it’s just dead. Ridiculous.

I think I might reflash it with a fresh OS. What do people recommend for an 8GB (memory) one of these? I’ve just been using their standard Linux which is some repackaged Debian.

Was watching random episodes of Family Ties. I remember as a kid really loving that show. But recently watch of the later seasons really bug me. They all trash on Nick openly and it’s kind of a sad undertone to the show. I didn’t notice that aspect at all when I was young. Just doesn’t even make sense from a writing standpoint… the parents are hippies and all full of love… except for Nick? WTF.

For reference I bought a cheap projector and it had the Pluto.app. This was the first show I recognized and watched like 5 episodes in a row from season 7. The 3-episode block “Heartstrings” was good except for poor Nick.

Seems those “YouTube Exclusive” episodes that land from the networks give credit to #YouTube for an #Emmy. Doesn’t seem YouTube did anything except host content that happened to become popular? Or do some content creators have some kind of special financial backing?

I woke with a fever - started last nightish. It’s weird. I feel super cold so didn’t run AC all night… covered in sweat but still freezing. Love being sick. Amazing. 10/10 stars.
