Love to read about #Uber losing bigtime with their own stacked binding arbitration. Even after losing they tried to force silence and a different settlement. What a bunch of dirtbags. #law

@bryan And I shall continue to not use Uber or Lyft or similar gig operations that abuse the workers that make them money.
this is a very misleading post
just because a judge ordered something, does NOT mean it will happen, eg uber can appeal this , probably for years
