@bryan Libera isn't doing geoDNS so you're getting round-robin from the whole planet. You'll want to use one of the region code hostnames to get a closer server. I'm not sure if US, East Asia, or Australia would be closer to you sitting out in the middle of the Pacific. https://libera.chat/guides/connect
