I was happy to see this article on Civil Beat and hope that there will be some enforcement. I live in Upcountry Maui and my whole house shakes when these guys drive past.

@etnom I’m nearly half way up a 42 story building in Honolulu and hear their annoying music every once in a while. It’s totally ridiculous.
