#Babylon5 S01E16 Eyes ⭐️⭐️⭐️
First time posting for this show. Maybe I should do it more… I find it interesting how Babylon 5 has a very negative view of telepathy. Really think #StarTrek did a better job dealing with this via Betazoids.

@bryan There's a difference between a negative view of PsyCorps and a negative view of telepathy. That difference widens as the story progresses. The show does have some characters that focus on the fear of the other, but not all.

I dunno, Ivanova as an example, really gets pissed if a telepath reads her mind at all. Seems to a general hatred of having your mind probed PsyCorps or not. In Star Trek humans basically shrug it off when betazoids read their minds. A good example of that is the book “Imzadi” where a young Riker spends his early assignment on Betazoid.

@bryan Ivanova has a reason, connected to PsyCorps. But, it's part because of a longer story line. The Betazoid example doesn't compare because human psychics are a small minority that's only been provable for a short time, versus the norm for the society.

I’ve not viewed Babylon 5 since it was aired so I don’t remember pretty much anything. I don’t even think I finished beyond season 2-3. I’ll try to complete it this round. Bought entire series recently.
