Resell value of wireless routers is pretty bad. I’m auctioning off on eBay an eero Pro 6. Right now the bidding has reached $16.50! I think it was $199 when I bought it in 2020? I can’t find the receipt - it was cheaper to purchase on a Black Friday special from Best Buy…
#Amazon won’t let me sell my used #eero router (exactly the same as the link here) on their website… but they are happy to take $174.99! What a scam. I’ll be lucky to get 10% of what they are getting for the same thing. I also “tested” my pre-owned…

@bryan probably could have gotten twice that on Marketplace. In any case, good on you for not sending working gear to e-waste.

I’ll give it a try next time. Usually, I resell on Amazon as used, but eero is specifically not allowed.
If there is no market for e-waste, I will attempt to give it to Goodwill. I’d much prefer something to find a new owner.
However, I’ve also had some Wi-Fi routers that didn’t offer updates. If I can’t load on some kind of http://dd-wrt.com or similar software, I’ll just recycle it.
