TiVo was always kind of a stupidly run company. I remember getting a dual-tuner dual-cablecard box back in 2007 and it came with a stupidly small 120GB hard drive. If you paid them an enormous amount of more money you’d get a tiny bit of more space. I bought a 1TB disk and voided warranty installing it.
