Are your #prescription drugs unaffordable? Do you have a friend in #Japan? If you want real name-brand drugs for cheap they can be ordered in Japan and delivered to a Japanese address. Flights can be cheaper to Japan than the costs of medicine...

Can order months of medicine at a time and Japanese customs won't hold anything in international mail. You can take 3months of medicine across border back to US. I've never been stopped but you should have prescription handy just in case. Also keep receipt if they want to collect a tax.

I've done this for Jardiance and some other medications. Jardiance costs $1,800 for 3 month supply (with insurance!!) in the US. I can just order about 4months of pills for ~$80 in Japan (or Korea for $60 - but that is more complicated). Comes in same exact bottle as it is in US - made in Italy.

The websites in Japan just require a Japanese issued credit card and address (sometimes a visa gift card will work - but better to have a Japanese friend order).

Some of the websites: https://bestkenko.com https://osakadou.cool (they block non-japan IP and VPN subnets). More can be found online.
