I think I still don't know the at-protocol as much as I should. Still prohibitory expensive for anyone to just own their own instance of bsky/at-protocol data repo. Processing the firehose of data will cost me $30/month but how much to store and query this data? Seems like this blog post really glosses over where this data is kept and at what expense.
