@bryan I should have added additional requirements. Need to store identities (no pw), credit accts (with bank info) and notes. Yes Apple can do notes in the notes app but I’d rather it be in one central place, and I use Notes extensively already.

I was a #1Password user and I recommend them. Although it seems they are going the AI bandwagon way…
I used #LastPass also, but after their 2nd or 3rd leak ~15 years ago I migrated to 1Password. Unfortunately I don’t have any direct experience using your 3 options! Hope you find something.
My anti-vote would be anything from the Proton company.
@bryan similar exp here. I’ll be evaluating each in the coming weeks. Leaning toward bitwarden, and I really like Enpass ability to use iCloud Drive.
