Pretty interesting paper about the value of AGENTS.md files. Turns out that they pretty much don't help at all and might reduce the overall "success rate". Will need to read more closely. It doesn't seem correct... on the other hand it does show that human written AGENTS.md files are better than agent written ones... so hmm. 🤔

Disagree here. As someone that started off with a brick Nokia where sms didn't even work outside our own carrier network and internet on cellphone was literally dialup that burned limited mins.
I eventually had a #Blackberry, #Palm, #Treo (Handspring), Sidekick, (whatever #Nokia called their OS), Ericsson, (I was getting a new phone every year)… the #iPhone blew them all away. I was stubborn and a bigtime Apple hater but when the iPhone 3G launched I gave in and never switched away since.

Not interested in convincing anyone- it was just a good piece to read. Don’t like it, move along.
Clearly, the solution to all of the problems caused by LLMs is to mock, ridicule, and harass the rsync maintainer. That’ll solve it.

i think i kinda like #systemd's journalctl thingy
you get to look at the logs of any service that starts via systemd, you can follow it as if using tail -f or dmesg -w, filter it by a whole bunch of criteria without needing to grep through the entire thing...
